FeSi
Ferro Silicon
An alloy of silicon and iron with silicon content between 10% and 90%. Steel makers add it in small quantities as a master alloy to change the behaviour of the melt, the freezing process and the final product.

1 ton jumbo bag or 50 kg jute bags.
Role in steelmaking
Silicon source and deoxidiser, including electrical steel.
