Supplier Code of Conduct

1. Scope

This code applies to suppliers of ore, raw materials, coke, fluxes, packing, transport and services to SRK Ferro Private Limited.

2. Legal compliance

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, including mining, environmental, labour, tax and export-import rules.

3. Quality and traceability

Materials must match the agreed specification and be supplied with weighment and test documents. Suppliers must allow reasonable inspection and sampling.

4. People and safety

No child or forced labour. Suppliers must provide safe working conditions and fair treatment of workers.

5. Environment

Suppliers must manage dust, waste and emissions responsibly and hold the permissions their activity needs.

6. Integrity

7. Consequences

We may suspend or end dealings with a supplier who breaches this code.
