1. Scope

This page explains how we handle requests from courts, police and government authorities for information about our users or business.

2. How to send

Send the request in writing, on official letterhead and citing the legal provision, to srkferro43@gmail.com or to our registered office in Durgapur.

3. Our response

We review each request, share only what the law requires, and may notify the affected person where the law allows.

4. Emergencies

In an emergency involving risk to life, contact local police first, then email us.
