1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of srkferro.com and to every quotation, order and supply made by SRK Ferro Private Limited ("SRK Ferro", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you accept them. If a signed contract or an accepted quotation says something different, that document prevails for that order.

2. Using this website

The website gives general information about our products, grades and services. You may browse it and use the enquiry builder for lawful business purposes only.

• Do not copy, scrape or republish the content, logo or design without our written permission.
• Do not try to disrupt the site, probe its security or send harmful code.
• Content on the site is not an offer. A price or supply commitment exists only when we confirm it in writing.

3. Quotations and orders

A quotation states the product, grade, size, quantity, packing, delivery terms, price and validity. It lapses after the validity date it states.

An order is binding on us only when we confirm it in writing (email or signed order confirmation). We may decline or limit an order, for example where stock, capacity or compliance checks do not allow it.

Changes to an accepted order need our written agreement and may change price or delivery date.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in the currency stated in the quotation and exclude taxes, duties and charges unless the quotation says otherwise. Applicable taxes are added as required by law.

Payment terms are agreed order by order and written in the quotation or order confirmation. We may hold dispatch while an agreed payment is overdue. Delayed payment may attract interest at the rate stated in the order documents.

5. Specification and quality

Material is supplied to the grade and chemistry agreed in the order. The figures shown on the website are the grade values we list; the order specification controls.

Our laboratory tests material before dispatch. Results are shared as agreed in the order. Natural variation within the agreed range is not a defect.

6. Delivery, title and risk

Delivery terms (for example FOB, CFR, CIF or ex-works) are those named in the order. Dates we give are estimates unless stated as firm. Details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Risk passes as the agreed delivery term provides. Title to the goods passes to you on full payment unless the order states otherwise.

7. Claims, cancellation and returns

Quality and quantity claims, order cancellation and returns are handled under our Cancellation, Returns and Claims Policy.

8. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, strikes, war, government action, port or transport disruption, power or raw-material shortages and pandemics. The affected party will notify the other promptly and resume as soon as it can.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production or profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Intellectual property

The SRK Ferro name, logo, website text and design belong to SRK Ferro Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing here transfers any right to you, other than the right to view the site.

11. Compliance

Both parties will follow the laws that apply to the supply, including export, import, customs, sanctions and anti-corruption laws. We may refuse or cancel a supply that would breach them.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms and every supply are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to settle a dispute by talking to each other. Failing that, the courts at Durgapur, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the signed contract provides arbitration.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, applies to use of the website. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were accepted.
